Your City Bed Guest Rules and Agreement

Welcome to our small traveler's community. Your City Bed hosts travelers from a wide and diverse range of cultures, nationalities, and backgrounds. As a result, it's important that our guests understand that staying at Your City Bed in a Capsule Cabin with shared accommodations Rooms is very different than a private room or a hotel. We, therefore, ask each guest to agree to our community rules which can all be summed up with saying best kind to one another.

All guests are required to read and agree to our guest rules below. By making a reservation or checking into Your City Bed, you hereby agree to these rules and policies.

1. Checkout time is at 10:30am. If you are staying, you must pay for additional nights before this time. Late payments will incur a $2 late fee. You may leave your things in the common room Capsule Cabin the day of your checkout. If you don't checkout on time and we have to turn new guests away for your bed, you will forfeit your $25 security deposit.

    2. Staff and volunteers are available to help guests from 8AM-midnight each day. If you will be leaving before 8AM you must checkout the night before with the staff. For after-hours emergencies, please notify the manager.

    3. The minimum stay is 31 days.

    4. Your City Bed cleaning is conducted between the hours of 12:00pm and 4:00pm. Please be respectful of our need to clean and seek assistance from staff before or after this time.

    5. Water $0.50, Soda $0.80. Please write your name on clip board the night before.

    6. Please store your food in the kitchen and do not bring food or drinks to the dormitories. No food or drink at the computers.

    7. If you are at least 21 years old, you may drink alcohol in moderation in the common room only until midnight but you may not be drunk at Your City Bed. Quiet hours are 11pm till 8am. Please respect guests who are trying to sleep and take late-night parties to the pub.

    8. When returning late at night, please be quiet and considerate of our neighbors and other sleeping guests.

    9. In accordance with law, do not smoke inside the house, we have a smoking area in front outside only, that said no Marihuana in this building or within 50 feet of the entrance. Please, no loitering inside or in front of the house.

    10. In consideration of other guests, please take showers quickly. Do not leave soap, shampoo and other personal items in bathrooms.

    11. Please keep your belongings tidy and wash and put away your dishes immediately after you've finished eating unless you eat / drink from Catering.

    12. Open flame (candles, incense, etc.) is not allowed in the Your City Bed under any circumstances. This includes smoking inside the house. Anyone caught will be asked to leave, with forfeiture of security deposit.

    13. Service fees are $1.50 for cleaning per day and $1.50 for disinfection and sanitation to prevent viruses.

    14. Fire pit and BBQ is allowed if you let the manager or staff know the day you are planning to use them, please notify the staff in the morning until 11am.

    15. Your City Beds are communal living environments and private accommodations. Therefore, Your City Beds require a great deal of compromise, courtesy, and respect among guests. All facilities at Your City Bed are shared, and must always be courteous and respectful to all other guests, the premises, and our neighbors. Therefore, during your stay, it may be necessary to adjust your personal routines and habits if it's helpful to other guests or for the overall good of the community.

    16. Your City Bed is committed to providing a safe and comfortable communal accommodation for bonafide travelers from all over the world. Our intention is to be as radically inclusive as possible and our inclusion policy is never based on race, color, sex, age, religion, class, national origin, handicap, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation or gender identity.

    Our Your City Bed is dedicated to social inclusivity and anti-social behavior will not be tolerated. Anti-social behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following traits or behaviors: aggressiveness, rudeness, evasiveness, hostility, poor hygiene, behavior that is inappropriately suggestive/sexual, or excessive impairment related to drugs or alcohol. Your City Bed is privately owned and operated, therefore we can only serve travelers with decency and respect for the community. For this reason, guests should live outside the Las Vegas area, by visiting Your City Bed on a temporary basis, and have arrangements for future and onward travel.

    In addition to the above, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone when we feel it would not be safe for the individual (for example a minor under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian) or Your City Bed community as a whole.

    If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please speak with the manager or owner.

    17. Your City Bed reserves the right to refuse service and admittance to anyone, as well as to ask anyone to leave if they are violating the above rules or causing discomfort to other guests or staff.

    18. Washer and dryer available for a charge per load $1.50. Towel and washcloth available for a charge of $1.50.

    19. Pool, jacuzzi, BBQ hours from 8am till 10pm, washing and drying hours are from 8am till 6pm.

    This property is privately owned and operated by Your City Bed, LLC (a Limited Liability Company). By registering to stay, you hereby agree pay for all charges due and listed on your account. You further agree to hold company, owners, employees, and volunteers harmless for all accidents, injury or loss of valuables. You give permission for your video or still image and written comments may be used for marketing purposes. This is shared accommodation and the manager ("Master Tenant") and volunteers have the right to refuse service to anyone, and you hereby waive any right of tenancy at this address.

    About the Guest Rules:

    Your City Bed regularly hosts guests from literally all over the world. As a result, we have had the opportunity to speak multiple languages.

    However, over time the rules may have changed slightly and the translated rules shown here may or may not have been updated. Therefore, the English rules above shall govern the terms of your stay and these translations are only provided as a courtesy

    Rule number #1 will never change rule “Be kind to one another!"
